Terrible customer service. Sharma has been playing hooky on our calls for 2+ months now, when we have a $700+ warranty on our washer and dryer. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unbelievable. Would never recommend to anyone.

Working with Montie at Teletime was a great experience. He is conscientious, knowledgeable, and all around helpful when we needed to navigate a range of products for our kitchen renovation. He provided great advice on appliance models, functionality and value for money. He helped us quickly resolve an issue related to a component that we needed for our fridge/freezer and worked to make sure that we had all of our appliances available for delivery in time for the installation of our kitchen. I absolutely recommend working with him. He's been absolutely wonderful

This comes in late but still in true appreciation of the excellent customer service provided by Teletime - Mississauga. Special mention to JD and Montie who helped us procure and deliver all the different components of our Home Theatre System at a very competitive price and in a timely manner. They were both very kind, professional and courteous in the entire dealing from purchase to delivery. Would highly recommend!!

Overall a great experience as amazing prices and ARSHIT is the guy to deal with here he is AMAZING!!!! Monty is also super nice as he helped me in his absence however I didn't have the best interaction with the manager (Dave) as he was the opposite especially given between my whole family we spend over $10,000 so would just recommend dealing with him and just ask for Arshit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy appliances - we got a great deal on LG OLED65E8 and OLED65C8 together with HWN950 Sound Bar and a 75" Samsung UN75NU7100 and HWM650. Best thing is they guarantee the price till end of year so even if goes down they will refund the difference so it makes it much easier than waiting.

They don't honor their prices. If you happen to shoot a good deal online they will simply refuse the order until they raised the price of the product again. Edit for reply: So why did you take 50 bucks of my credit card if I didn't order it? So yeah I did got the deal you just told me for a week you never received my order and I should call back later.

Great company I bought a samsung 55" tv from Teletime Mississauga Ontario 1 week ago great price good deal. Just to tell you how great they are, when I got confirmation my tv was shipped I couldn't wait but the next day I get a call from Balpreet Punia MY MAN!! This is the guy you wanna deal with if you ever buy at Teletime. He called me the next day to tell me that something happened with the carrier and my tv and that it is now broken uuhh oohhh....but no problem Balpreet Punia is here. Finally he offered me a slightly better tv model same size same brand same series but better because mine was the last one they had in stock. Same price I paid nothing changed and better tv.(The tv was very very well packed by the way, styrofoam all the way around the tv box.) BALPREET PUNIA is the one you wanna speak to. Great guy, good customer service,very polite, accurate, he is there for his clients if you ever you have questions he will answer them no problem. I sent a message to Balpreet once at 11 pm at night for questions I had in mind, wasn't waiting for an answer till the next day. Well Balpreet messaged me back at 1:00 am in the morning. This guy is a machine man he will be there for you. Thank you Balpreet Punia for the great customer service you know what your doing. Thank you Teletime. What I like too is I live in the province of Quebec, all this happened from a distance and with the service I had I felt like I was at the store getting customer service.
